Established in 2019, La Casa Developers is a dynamic construction company founded by three dedicated partners: Lucky Kanjani, Bharat Motwani, and Harish Chugani. Our name, meaning “The House,” reflects our commitment to building strong, foundational homes and properties.
Our partners bring a robust collective experience to every project. Harish Chugani, our most seasoned expert, has been in the construction field since 2006. Lucky Kanjani started his construction journey in 2013 through open partnerships, and Bharat Motwani has been active in the industry since 2016. This deep, collective expertise ensures professionalism and quality at every stage.
We operate across diverse models: executing contract-based constructions, undertaking projects under developments, and actively purchasing land for our own build-and-sell ventures.
